ReplyDeleteHow are you doing down there in Dunedin?
It is cold and windy here today. We has a full school assembly; Ella and Victor got their Silver CARE, and Jonathan won an award for a maths test he took.
We are doing a WALES day tomorrow. Fenella is very happy. We will learn some facts about Wales, look at the flag and listen to some famous Welsh choir music.
We are all keen to learn a bit about Dunedin's Scottish history. We would love it if you could let us know about anything you learn while you are down there in Dunedin.
We are really keen to know about the Scottish flag, why it is blue and has a white cross through it. Also, why does Dunedin have such a strong connection to Scotland?
We are going to do some writing tomorrow on fireworks. I have posted the picture and some information on the WRITING page. Check it out and write some sentences. Add them to your HANNAH blog page and we will look at them in class. Remember to use lots of powerful verbs and interesting adjectives.
See you later
